ProSound and Stage Lighting has a 30 day refund or exchange policy if you are not satisfied with your equipment for any reason. Whether you happened to order or receive the wrong gear or you no longer have a use for particular equipment, PSSL.com will provide a full refund or exchange your items. To return items, it is important to contact PSSL.com by email or telephone for a return authorization number (RAN). Once a return authorization number has been issued, repack the item including original boxes, accessories (manuals, inserts, cords, etc.) and packaging, or they will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
